This free stakeholder analysis grid helps you decide how much attention each person needs. Rate every stakeholder for power and interest, and the tool places them in one of four groups (manage closely, keep satisfied, keep informed, monitor) with a suggested way to engage them.
Stakeholder Analysis Grid
List the people who affect or are affected by your project. Rate each person’s power (influence over the project) and interest (how much they care) from 1 to 5. A score of 3 or more counts as high. The tool places each person on the grid and suggests how to engage them.
| Name | Role | Power | Interest | Attitude | Group | Suggested approach |

Power and interest grid
Each person appears in the box that matches their ratings.
Based on the common power and interest (Mendelow) grid. Ratings are your own judgement, so review them with your team. For learning and planning support. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere, so copy or download your analysis before leaving the page.
